Any your orders from Ali Dolls, all have our shipping insurance and quality promise.

But following case wont work with our return policy:

1, Order after your confirmed and shipped, now parcel is on way to you, it wont work to our return policy.

2, When you got the dolls and have no quanlity problem of goods and apply return by your persional reasons, it wont work to our return policy.

3, Within you got the parcel 30 days, your violence using cause the goods was broken, it wont work to our return policy.

4, And any non-conformity with normal use to cause the broken, also wont work to our return policy! If your case out of list, pls contact us to check first! 

About Refund

Any case as below, we will apply the refund.

1, Any your order has no get our shipping inform and tracking No, we will support to refund.

2, Any your order was cancel  when you place within 24 H, we will support to refund.

3, When you got the parcel that found the shipping broken and cause the goods cant use as normal, we will support to refund after we confirmed.

4, Normal using appear the quality problem and cant repair within 30 days, we will support to refund after we confirmed.
