How to Return & Refund

Dollsinn sex dolls are allowed to order cancel, return and refund, but due to the goods factor is customization goods. We still have some requirement about this policy as below.
Cancel & Refund Policy:
1. Order checking period: Allow to directly apply refund.
In order to avoid you place wrong orders, we offer cancel, refund and correct service in 24 hours after you placed the order. <Directly apply the refund, your money will back to you within 3-5 working days.>
2. Order producing period: Allow partical refund.
All orders at least need 5-7 days time to finish producing, so if you suddenly dont like this model or need to correct her information in this period, dollsinn free offer 1 time to correct her information, if canceled directly, we will detain your 20% fee as our material lose cost.
3. Order shipping period: Not allow to cancel
In this time, we not allow to cancel and correct the orders, the goods was shipped and not around us or factory, we also cant require shipper to return or stop shipping, so we cant offer any service for your sepcial requirements.
4. Order after-delivered period:
After your got the parcel, pls refer following case, we will agree your requirements depend the ture case.
Suit for return/refund case:
(1)The doll was broken in shipping.
(2) Your doll appeared skeleton broken and meterial teared problem within 30-day shelf life.
(3) You received the wrong goods from Dollsinn.
(4) Other cases after Dollsinn team confirmed.
Not suit for return/refund case:
(1) Returns requested due to personal preference
(2) Returns requested for non-product quality issues
(3) Application for return of goods caused by man-made damage
(4)Damage caused out of store warranty period
(5) Product damage caused by improper use
(6) Other situations confirmed by the dollsinn team
Above case is only to you reference, any problem pls contact Dollsinn team(service@dollsinn.com) with your problem by pictures and videos, we will deal with for you in 24 hours.
Pictures requirements:
Including but not limited to clear pictures of damaged parts, pictures of the doll's overall nakedness, and pictures of damaged packaging, etc., and require you to attach the corresponding order number and logistics tracking number.
Vidios requirements:
We need one videos to careful check your doll damage, and require you to attach the corresponding order number and logistics tracking number.
